• You understand and agree that you grant team39^® a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license to publish, reproduce and distribute the Advertisement on team39^®.
• Advertisement is subjected to approval by team39^® before placing it on the web site.
• team39^® reserves the right to remove any Advertisement(Banner Solution and Text Link) which is believed irritating/misleading/destructive to our users.
• In case of booking of an advertisement bundle, all advertisements booked must be activated/consumed within one year of advertisement booking.
• In case of booking of an advertisement bundle, making advertisements online is subjected to date availability.
• Advertisements are put online on first come first serve basis.
• team39^® appreciates planning advertisement campaign well in advance so that the advertisement(s) can go online on proper date(s).
• Once the Advertisement and/or Advertisement Bundle is booked, it can not be cancelled, transferred or re-sold. 0% payment is refundable.
• In the event that team39^® is unable to advertise your Advertisement on time, 100% payment is refundable.
